The IEEE CS Technical Committee on Computer Architecture (TCCA) Elections Committee is pleased to invite self-nominations for candidates to serve as TCCA Chair. The committee also welcomes suggestions for possible candidates, which the committee can contact. The committee, formed by Thomas Conte, Lieven Eeckhout, and Josep Torrellas (chair), will select the final set of candidates.
Elections will be held in December. According to TCCA rules, after the TCCA Chair is elected, there will be a call for Executive Committee member nominations, followed by elections for the Executive Committee early next year.
The term for the TCCA Chair and Executive Committee is two years, renewable for another two years.
The mission of the TCCA Chair and Executive Committee is to serve the computer architecture community, ensuring that it remains vibrant. Their main activities include helping organize and fund conferences, promote the careers of members, coordinate activities for the betterment of the community, manage awards, and maintain communications within the community. In the TCCA Chair, the elections committee is looking for a dynamic, committed individual who wants to make a difference for the computer architecture community.

- Name, affiliation, and email address
- Summary of prior significant service
- 2-page curriculum vitae
- 150-word statement describing the candidate’s vision and plan to serve the community
- IEEE CS member number and level
