A Virtual Conference, Jul 7-9, 2021
Call for Special Session Proposals (One Week Deadline Extension)
The 32nd IEEE International Conference on Application specific Systems, Architectures and Processors will go virtual in 2021. The history of the ASAP conference traces back to the International Workshop on Systolic Arrays, organized in 1986 in Oxford, UK. It later developed into the International Conference on Application-Specific Array Processors. With its current title, it was organized for the first time in Chicago, USA, in 1996. Since then, it has alternated between Europe and North-America. The conference covers the theory and practice of application-specific systems, architectures, and processors.
We are soliciting special session proposals for the 2021 edition of ASAP. Each special session should focus on a single compelling/interesting theme to the ASAP audience and typically runs 1.5-2 hours. Each special session proposal should not exceed two pages, should describe the topic and intended audience, and must include a list of suggested speakers (3 to 4 speakers) with tentative talk title (preferably) and biographical data. Note that each speaker has an option to submit an invited paper and needs to pay the registration fee in order to attend and present his/her work. Please send your special session proposals to Dr. Zhenman Fang (zhenman@sfu.ca), Special Session Chair, before May 12, 2021.
